All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt within 5 days of purchase for your money back.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free with the original tags securely attached.

All sales final on Bath & Body products, hand creams, perfumes, facial products, and lip balms.

Willow + Bark has the right to refuse a refund for merchandise not returned in the manner described above.
