Atwell is Summer in a dress......this cute short style has a v-neck, sleeveless, sewn in waistband, and straight skirt hits above the knee.  The print on this dress looks like a blast of summer on the beach, eating ice cream, and your favorite colorful sandal.

Fabric is 93% Microfiber Polyester I.T.Y., 7% Spandex
